The requirements for an effective AML/CFT/CPF Policy in any country are much and increasing. While the efforts of the Regulators and the Law Enforcement Agencies are very much appreciated, certainly even with Risk Based Approach, the Regulators and Law Enforcement Agencies do not have sufficient resources to effectively carry out the demanding work required.
